Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin Kicks Off Babypalooza 2021

Babypalooza 2021, a Texas Sized Baby Shower, is underway and continues through February 26.  The yearly event is put on by the Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin.

For nearly 40 years, the Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin (PHCOL) has been educating, equipping, and enabling families to make positive choices that support a healthy parenting journey.  Babypalooza goes a long way into the 'equipping' part of that equation.

It is during this time and through February 26 that this drive for donations takes center stage.  East Texans are asked to help out by donating needed items for infants and toddlers such as:

• Diapers - all sizes (except sizes 2 and 3)
• Potty training supplies
• Baby wipe
• Clothing (especially boys)
• Baby Bath and Shampoo
• Toys and books
• Bottles, sippy cups and feeding supplies
• Socks for infants, children, women and men

The Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin also encourages businesses, churches, organizations and schools to collect items on behalf of the PHCOL and then deliver them to the Center.  The center is located at 401 Gaslight Blvd in Lufkin.  Financial contributions are also welcome and can be made online through the PHCOL website.

The primary focus of the Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin is to provide positive alternatives to abortion and help their clients experience the love of Jesus Christ.
