UPDATED INFO - 2/23/2017, 4 p.m.

We have learned from Matthew Bilodeau that after seeing the story, Bilodeau's father has bought a bus ticket for Jason Stevens so that he can return to Lufkin.  Stevens is ecstatic to be returning home, but most of all, he's happy to once again see his dad.  A shout out to Matthew for being the spark that has led to such a wonderful homecoming.

ORIGINAL STORY

It's an amazing story that has put East Texas in the national spotlight.  A young man decides to do a video interview with a random homeless man in Los Angeles, and that person, Jason Stevens, ends up being a person who had been reported missing nearly a year ago in Lufkin.

I decided to give the young man, Matthew Bilodeau, a call to ask a few questions about how the interview came about and what else he could tell us about Jason.  Take a look at the video and you'll discover that it was a mailing label that made Stevens decide on where to go to, plus see what amazing act of charity Stevens recently performed.
