The 23rd Annual CASA of the Pines Christmas Home Tour is just days away. This year they are featuring a house I grew up seeing as a kid in Lufkin.

It's been under renovation for years. Now it's ready for everyone to see inside and out, all decorated for Christmas.

The home is right down the street from the radio station on Raguet in Lufkin. It was originally built in 1937 by the Henderson/Perry family.

This is also on the property all decorated for Christmas photo ops. The home is currently owned by Joshua and Erin Gentry. They bought the property in 2018 and have been remodeling it ever since.

I have never seen inside of this beautiful, colonial home. Though there are many other fine area homes on the tour, this one has always sparked my curiosity.

The end of the tour will feature the pool in the big backyard decorated for the season. This one house is worth the price of admission in my book. There are many things to discover, including an art studio.
