Delays Expected Through the Week on Highway 103 East

The Texas Department of Transportation is advising motorists that work is beginning Monday on Highway 103 East, from just east of FM 326 to the Angelina River Bridge (Lake Sam Rayburn).  Construction crews will be applying a thin overlay asphalt mixture on the main lanes.

Work should be finished by Friday, weather permitting. Traffic control is in place. Drivers are asked to reduce speed and stay alert through this work zone. Slight delays should be expected in peak travel hours.
