Pie Five was basically like a Subway for pizza. You chose your type of crust for your personal pizza, then went down the line, telling what kind of cheeses, sauces, toppings, etc. that you wanted. Then, in about five minutes, it was done cooking and you had a pretty tasty personal pizza ready to eat. But, that's all over now, since the Lufkin location is no more.
