Next week there are a ton of options to get free candy for the kids before Halloween this Sunday. Best of all these events won't interfere with your regular door-to-door activities in your neighborhood.

There are lots of trunk or treats or drive-thru trick-or-treats going on in the area next week. Last year while in the depths of the pandemic many of these events were canceled.

I'm glad to see them back, and luckily you will already be wearing a mask, and most of these events you just stay in the car. These are the three that caught my eye.

Hudson City Hall

There is a drive-thru trick-or-treat on Friday, October 29th, 2021 at the Hudson City Hall brought to you by Keep Hudson Beautiful. Join them for this fun, four-hour event from 3 pm - 7 pm at 3458 Ted Trout Drive Hudson, Texas 75904.

Drive up and pick up some candy at this annual trick-or-treat drive-thru. Grab some candy and show off your costume.

Angelina County & Cities Health District

The Angelina County & Cities Health District is hosting a staying "SAFE" Halloween event. This is a 2-hour event on Thursday, October 28th from 3 pm - 5 pm.

This is also a drive-thru trick or treat and masks are encouraged. Load up the kids in the car in costume and drive up and get that candy.

The Angelina County Cities Health District is located at 503 Hill Street, Lufkin, TX 75904.

Hospice In The Pines

You are encouraged to bring the kids and beep, honk, and yell during this Spooktakular Drive-by trunk or treat. It is all going down at Hospice in the Pines Friday, October 29th for just an hour.

You can drive through right after school from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Hospice in the Pines is located at 1504 West Frank Avenue in Lufkin, Texas 75904.
