There is a family-friendly kite-focused event coming up at the Al Mangham Regional AIrport in Nacogdoches that caught my eye. It's The Family Kite Fest and it's a benefit for a great cause.

Family Kite Fest Benefit For The Helping House In Nacogdoches, Texas

The Helping House is inviting the entire family to come out for their annual Family Kite Fest. If you don't have a kite don't worry, they have it all figured out.

You can bring your own kite to the event or you can purchase one there from the vendors. There will even be a Mega Kite display to add to all the family fun.

Get ready to fly your kite high on Sunday, April 3rd from 11 am - 4 pm at the Al Mangham Regional Airport located at 5652 Terry Crawford Drive in Nacogdoches, Texas.

More Than Just Kites at the Kite Fest In Nacogdoches 

There will be all types of vendors, games, bounce houses, face painting, carnival food, and more. Admission to the event is free, but bring some funds to help and participate in everything going on.
