Free Teen Police Department Academy This Summer In Nacogdoches, Texas
Looking for something for the kids to do this summer for a few days? Something that will keep them interested and off of their phones? Check out this free summer academy.
The Nacogdoches Police Department is expanding its Police Department Teen Academy this summer. This year it will be offered as a 2-day event from July 19th through 20th, 2022 from 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Nac PD, along with TxDot and the Texas Extension Services, is excited to be offering this academy at the Nacogdoches Recreation Center located at 1112 North Street in Nacogdoches.
Let Your Kids Meet Local Law Enforcement In Nacogdoches
The program is focused on introducing your kids to local law enforcement. This year they have also expanded the age range of the kids accepted.
The academy is now open to any Nacogdoches County student entering the 7th through 12th grade. Applications are available in the front lobby of the police department.
