First things first, I do not have $4.99 million to buy this house.  I could maybe afford a boulder or two for landscaping, but that's about it. BUT, even if I could scrape up the 5 million, would I live there?

The views from this home in the mountains of Colorado are fabulous.  In fact, the views are probably the most unobstructed ever...because you're basically on the side of a cliff! So, yes, the views are a huge selling point.  Here's another - when you live on the side of a mountain, you don't have to worry much about mowing the yard.

TopTenRealEstateDeals.com showcases some of the top properties, celebrity homes, and just plain spectacular homes across the nation. Every week or so, they send me some of those listings.  I've seen homes up for sale that used to belong to celebrities such as Betty White, Bob Hope, Johnny Depp, and many others.  Sometimes the property is just off the charts gorgeous or unique.

I've seen many listings from TopTenRealEstateDeals.com that show secluded mountain homes that are more like museums and resorts, however, this is the first time I've seen a home that looks like it could be one loose boulder away from being the Tower of Terror.  With that being said, the features inside this home are just as astonishing as the views, as you can see in the picture gallery below. Check out some of the large boulders that are built into the interior of the home.

So, my final answer would be 'yes'.  If I had the money, I wouldn't have an issue living on the edge.  I'm not given to sleepwalking, and as far as I know, there's not a lot of seismic activity in this area of Colorado.
