To Be The Next American Ninja Warrior…You Have To Travel
American Ninja Warrior has become quite the entertainment phenomenon across the US, going into the 12th season of being broadcast on national television. If you haven't seen it, you should check it out. It's a game-show, yes...but, it's more intense than any other game show that you're used to.
Competitors have to make it through a series of incredibly difficult, maybe even insanely hard obstacles in the quickest time to be named the "American Ninja Warrior". The obstacle course really causes them to rely on brute strength to get through. There are balance obstacles, upper-body obstacles, etc. And, as you've seen, they are all broadcast on national television.
But this year, for season 12, they will not be filming here in Texas. Nope, the Lone Star State will not be hosting any of the American Ninja Warrior festivities. Instead, the trials will be located in the locations below:
- Los Angeles (March 13-14)
- Washington, DC (April 6-7, 11-12)
- St. Louis (May 5-6, 10-11)
- Las Vegas [FINALS] (Early June, TBA)
Las Vegas always hosts the national finals of ANW, so that was no surprise. But, as you can see, we'll have to wait until season 13 is announced to see if Texas will be one of the filming locations. Until then, we can enjoy this season of ANW from the comfort of home OR we can travel to one of the locations above.
I'm sure there will be at least some Texas competitors that make the trek to compete for their own title of American Ninja Warrior.
