Talk Intensifies About East Texas Teachers Carrying Guns

Should teachers and school administrators carry guns?

Another East Texas school district is thinking about allowing it.  The Trinity ISD is considering a new policy that would allow concealed weapons at its buildings.

KTRE says the Trinity ISD is still in the early stages, gathering information to see what other school districts are doing, and reviewing their own policies on school safety.

The Huntington ISD has proposed a concealed handgun policy and is scheduled to vote on it later this month.
