Shoe Sensation In Nacogdoches Steps Closer To Grand Opening
There have been some changes at the soon-to-be location of Shoe Sensation in the University Plaza. Signs have gone up in the windows letting us know that Shoe Sensation is coming soon.
They also let us know that they are now hiring, There is a job fair on February 6 - 7th at the Hampton Inn & Suites Nacogdoches from 9 AM - 7 PM. There have also been improvements to the building inside and things are rapidly coming together for them to open in Spring 2023.
The newer facade out front of what was formally University Mall has really spruced up the space. If you remember what the front used to look like, now it just looks more like an outdoor shopping center and less like a mall.

There is still no word on exactly when the Grand Opening event at the newest Texas location of Shoe Sensation will be, but if you sign up for texts like I did we will know together.
At least we know now where in Nacogdoches it's going to be. When I first wrote about it in November of 2022 we still didn't have the location.
Shoe Sensation currently has only 5 locations in Texas, and this will be their southernmost store yet. If you are a fan of Hey Dude and don't care for Nike, this is the place for you.
