29 Booked On Felony Charges In Angelina County Last Week
Police officers in Diboll, Lufkin, and Huntington have been busy arresting people on felony charges. These 29 inmates currently in the Angelina County Jail all have one thing in common.
They were booked into the jail from April 12th - 19th, 2024 on felony charges. Many of them are facing serious consequences for their actions.
A disproportionate number of the individuals who broke the law in our area this past week were arrested for drug charges. Most of the arrests start as traffic stops, usually for DWI.
At the time of this article, they all still reside in the Angelina County Jail.
Angelina County Enforcing Laws And Incarcerating Residents
All 29 of these people were arrested for allegedly breaking the law. They are all innocent until proven guilty.
These recent arrests have not had time to fully go though the justice system. They will all get their days in court.

Some will be in jail until their court date, while others could bail out of jail. The bail amounts are listed with their mugshots below. We have also included the arresting agencies.
Angelina County Jail Is Always At Or Near Capacity
There are currently 260 inmates housed at the Angelina County Jail. This is a little higher than average, and there is never a shortage of guests.
