Friday, December 2nd was the First Annual Woodland Heights Medical Center Lufkin Glow Run held at Kit McConnico Park in Lufkin, TX, and it was a blast!

It wouldn't have been possible without some help from Badder's Law Firm, along with special thanks to El Coco Loko, K&B Moonwalk, Wright Buick GMCHuntington State Bank, our friends at Livewell Athletic Club, and the Changing Lives Dance Center.

It all started with a Zumba warm up dance led by Rudy Flores and his team of instructors at the Changing Lives Dance Center. They got the runners loose and limber with some saucy dance moves I've never seen.

Then we headed over to the paint tent and let the blacklight powder fly! Check it out for yourself.

These speed demons finished the entire 5K first. We aren't even sure how long it took them because we weren't really calling it a race ... but don't tell them that.

Congrats to Oscar Solis for being the first person to finish, with Kade Murry coming in a close second. After it was all said and done, we saw these guys running even more laps around the entire park. Ah, to be young again.

Here's another quick video of the GoPro camera we had set up on the tent.
