It's time to do some Christmas shopping with the annual Holiday in the Pines presented by the Nacogdoches Junior Forum.  The event is coming up this Thursday, Nov 18 through Saturday, Nov 20 at the Nacogdoches County Exposition & Civic Center.

The event kicks off Thursday night from 6-9 pm with 'One Hip Night'. A $35 ticket gets you entry into the party that kicks off Holiday in the Pines.  That ticket gets you 3 complimentary drinks, hors d'oeuvres from Auntie Pastas and Clear Springs, gate entry for shopping on Friday and Saturday, plus you get the first look at the vendors and their wares on that Thursday evening.

Shopping for the general public goes from 9am - 9pm on Friday, and from 9am - 4pm on Saturday.  A single day ticket is $10 and a two day ticket is $15.  Children 6 and under get free admission. Get more details about tickets and the event here.

Holiday in the Pines is a collection of more than 60 specialty stores and shops from coast-to-coast gathered for holiday shopping in a festive atmosphere.  While you sample tasty food items, mingle with your friends, and shop for Christmas, you will be contributing to the Nacogdoches Junior Forum's mission to help make Nacogdoches a better community for everyone. The net profits of Holiday in the Pines go directly back into the Nacogdoches community through grants to non-profit organizations throughout the county.
