Remember that Lufkin man who drove his million dollar high performance Bugatti sports car into a lagoon off Galveston Bay two years ago, and claimed it was an accident? He filed an insurance claim for more than two million dollars, but the insurance company isn't buying his story.  The company has sued him for insurance fraud.

A boy in Cleveland, OH, who weighs more than 200 pounds, was taken from his mother by authorities last week. Officials were forced to remove the third-grader from his home when caseworkers decided that his mother’s inability to reduce his weight constituted medical neglect.
