Lufkin Parks and Recreation are always looking for more volunteers. You can join their volunteer bank. When you register to be a volunteer you will be assigned various tasks to help out.

They send out emails to the 'Volunteer Bank' when they have a need. To participate you must be at least 15 years old to participate alone. Persons 14 and younger will need a parent or guardian.

You can signup for their volunteer bank by clicking HERE. Then you will be activated to get all the volunteer emails. Youth basketball just started, so I am sure they have some needs right now.
