A Woman is Getting Death Threats Over Hunting Photos
She likes to hunt, and she's done it legally. But its got people in a complete frenzy.
Sabrina Corgatelli is from Idaho, and spent time recently in South Africa on a hunting expedition. If she were hunting in East Texas she might get a dove or deer, depending on the time of year, but since she was in South Africa the game was a little different.
Among the kills: a giraffe, a lion, a warthog, and a wildabeest, and she's posted most of the pictures on her Facebook page. After killing the giraffe a week and a half ago she said, "Such a amazing animal!! I couldn't be any happier!! My emotion after getting him was a feeling I will never forget!!!" She's getting death threats over it now.
Sabrina was on the TODAY Show Monday, and was quick to reiterate that these hunts are legal in South Africa, hunting is a hobby she enjoys, and she respects the animals.
Hmm. There's a ton of conversation zooming around the internet about whether it's right or wrong and people are going nuts about it, calling her "garbage," "disgusting," and "sick."
What do you think?
