If you win a Super Bowl, would you ever sell the coveted ring?  A former NFL player is doing just that.

Jerry Kramer played for the University of Idaho in the 1960s, and was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1967.  He won two Super Bowls during his 11-year career, and now he's selling one of those championship rings with Heritage Auctions, and apparently plenty of people want it.

Would Troy Aikman ever sell his?  Doubt it.

The bidding was up to $34,000 on Friday afternoon, and it more than doubled over the weekend.  The Heritage Auctions site says the proxy bidding is open until February 20th, so there's plenty of time to decide if you want to buy a new luxury vehicle, or this Super Bowl ring.

If you win the auction, what would you do with the ring?  Put it on a shelf? Wear it and pretend you played in the NFL?  Make it your profile pic on Facebook?  I wonder these things.  I think I'd rather have a Lexus, but if you've always dreamed of owning an $80,000 NFL Championship ring, this is your chance.  Good luck, and thanks Jerry!
