The Battle Of Blackjack Grove Is Being Reenacted This Weekend

This weekend, February 12, 13, and 14th, the famous Battle of Blackjack Grove will be reenacted in Groveton, Texas.

According to the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce website tickets for adults are $10, and $5 for children. Should be worth it to see a piece of history come to life before your eyes.

According to moderators of the Groveton, Texas CW Weekend Facebook event page, the schedule shows they are still accepting folks to register as reenactment actors, so if you've been bitten by the acting bug, or are an avid history buff, this event will be worth checking out.
