Does the type of car you have make a difference when it comes to your odds getting a traffic ticket?
There's one car brand that gets ticketed more than any other, and here's the heads up.
A single speeding camera in Washington, D.C., has put together collection of statistics that would be the envy of entire police forces: Over the last 23 months, the camera has issued 116,734 tickets with fines totaling $11.6 million.
Many drivers have bemoaned the cameras installed in intersections that catch drivers blowing through red lights and issue tickets accordingly. But in one New Mexico city, ignoring those tickets is an especially bad idea — doing so could get your utilities shut off.
Until April 17 the Texas Department of Public Safety is offering to drastically cut fines for those with a suspended license due to falling behind on ticket payment.
