Well, we got an answer yesterday from the folks at WAITR. Apparently, they aren't leaving completely.

Lots of cities have apps now for reporting complaints like potholes and barking dogs, but one Texas city is adding a happy new twist. They want everyone who lives there to report random acts of kindness.  Think it'll catch on?

Oh, this could be dangerous at 10pm when you get a craving for Taco Bell and you don't feel like leaving the house because you're half-dressed and trying to finish the last thirty minutes of a Will Ferrell movie.  Taco Bell might soon deliver that Chalupa right to your door.
