Think back to your days in elementary school. If your memories are anything like mine, then they probably include playing kickball on the playground during recess. After elementary school, kickball just sort of goes away. However, there's a kickball tournament coming up this summer that might take you back to those good 'ol recess days, even as an adult!

Kut'n Up W Key Kickball Classic in Nacogdoches is July 26th

There's a kickball tournament coming up on July 26, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Nacogdoches called the Kut'n Up W Key Kickball Classic. It's hosted by the Kut'n Up W Key Barbershop. This is going to be a tournament for everyone ages 10 and up. Games will be played at Coy Sims Park at 801 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

There are two divisions - one for kid teams, and one for adult teams. The kid teams are for kids ages 10-15, and the adult teams are for people ages 16 and up. The grand prize for winning the entire tournament is $500!

Tournament Registration Info

Kid teams are allowed to have eight players, and there must be at least two girls playing on each team. The cost per kid team is $40. For the adult teams, they must have eight to 10 players, with at least three girls playing on each team. The adult team registration cost is $75...Unless your register before June 26th, then the cost is $65 per team.

Not only will there be kickball all day long, but there will also be a live DJ on-site, games and prizes. This could be your chance to relive some of your playground memories, and it's right in Nacogdoches!
