The Lady Blue Devils have their sights set on another deep run in the Class 3A playoffs, and they're off to a fantastic start winning 20 out of their first 21 games (Max Preps have them at 18-1, while the Central Heights Facebook page shows 20-1).

Central Heights is ranked 5th in the state in Class 3A. The Lady Blue Devils will face a brutal non-district schedule for the next few weeks as they get ready for district play on September 23.

Meanwhile, The Tatum Lady Eagles check in at number 14 in the state in Class 3A. Those losses were to Central Heights, Class 6A Plano, and Class 5A Frisco Lone Star.

They're on a hot streak as of late, most recently capturing the championship of the Lufkin Volleyball Tournament including a win over the Lady Pack in the title game.

Beckville Ladycats In Familiar Territory

It's another year of reloading for Beckville. They're ranked #5 in Class 2A with a record of 12-3.

Beckville is on a quest for the school's 3rd state volleyball championship (2018,2021). Two things are usually a certainty when it comes to Ladycat volleyball, they'll be making a long run in the playoffs, and that long run will include a showdown with Iola, who happens to be ranked #1 in the state.
