Hasbro has the Greatest Game Ever or is the Biggest Troll
My friends refuse to play Monopoly with me. Why? Because I'm an over competitive player who wants to own all the hotels and collect all the money. The last time we played together was over 10 years ago and it ended just like this.
There has been many versions of Monopoly in it's over 100 year history. Simpsons, Star Wars, Transformers, Marvel, just to name a few. But nothing compares to good ol traditional Monopoly.
There is new version out now that the younger generation will probably love according to thegamer.com, Monopoly for Millennials. This is either the greatest Monopoly game ever or Hasbro has just become the greatest troll ever.
Here's the premise of the game. Instead of going around the board to buy stuff, you "experience" stuff like a three day concert festival or visiting a coffee shop or a cool restaurant (I'm sure to eat some tofo or something). And instead of earning money, you earn "experience points". The person with the most "experience points" wins.
The pieces consist of the Monopoly man head, a hashtag, sunglasses, a bicycle and other millennial stuff.
There's the "Chance" and "Community Chest" cards with things like "Mom paid for your bail" and "Your side hustle of selling vegan candles has paid off."
Dude. Like I said, this is either the greatest Monopoly game ever or Hasbro has just become the greatest troll ever.
Monopoly for Millennials is available at Walmart or on Amazon for hours of "fun" with the family.
