Kickball. The word conjures up images of second grade recess, right? Well, now you'll associate it with extreme athletic ability.

Check out this fantastic flip from a rec league kickball game (as opposed to one of those countless pro league kickball game highlights you see all the time) in Los Angeles last weekend.

That's some aggressive, heads-up baserunning from the runner, who goes all in like the proverbial head of steam toward home plate before he decided to show off some Olympic-level flipping skills and avoid the ensuing fielder who tries to peg the ball at him.

He eluded an out so well that you could argue he's playing kickball and dodgeball at the same time. That's some serious body control. Maybe, just maybe, it'll get people to start taking kickball a little more seriously.

But probably not.
