The website's creator calls it a "Christian Porn Site", but he quickly points out his goal is to help people steer away from real hardcore porn, instead of pointing the way to it.

Craig Gross points to a scripture in St. Mark's Gospel that says "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.  I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." (Mark 2:17)

Those words are the philosophy of one man who is waging a personal crusade against a problem he says is destroying families and the church -  porn addiction.

He's doing it with the website  XXXchurch.com, a non-profit Christian-based site that's designed to bring awareness, openness and accountability to people whose lives are damaged by addiction to pornography.

Gross says porn really is an addiction, because regular users get the same high they get from other addictions, like drugs and alcohol.

Pornography is a 10 to 15 Billion dollar a year business in the United States alone.  Gross says he takes his message to commercial porn conventions every year, and surprisingly, he's well received.  He says even those who create porn seem to appreciate what he's doing.
