Are the captive killer whales at SeaWorld and other sea parks "slaves" that are being held in involuntary servitude?  Do orcas and other animals have the same rights as humans? People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals says "yes" to both questions, and they're making a federal case out of it.

That headline is true.  Saying Thanksgiving is murder on turkeys, the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is asking people in the Texas panhandle town of Turkey to rename their town "Tofurky" in time for Thanksgiving.
