Battle over Obamacare heats up in a big way.

It's reported that the Christian-oriented Hobby Lobby Stores chain has filed a federal lawsuit over a mandate in the health reform law that requires employers to provide coverage for the morning-after pill.

If there were any doubts that Governor Rick Perry wants Texas to have nothing to do with President Obama's Health Care overhaul, the Austin American-Statesman reports Perry has cleared the air on that once and for all.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott says on one hand, he thinks the US Supreme Court ruling that upheld President Obama's health care overhaul was wrong.  On the other hand, Abbott says the ruling is still a victory for individual liberty and states’ rights.

The Obama administration got an enormous victory on Thursday when the Supreme Court voted 5-4 to uphold the President’s signature achievement: the 2010 health care law. And in a surprise to many court watchers, it was Chief Justice John Roberts who sided with the more liberal justices and wrote the majority opinion.
