The National Weather Service in Shreveport, LA issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook this morning for today and Wednesday before chances of rain increase upon the arrival of the next storm system this weekend.

Specifically, east and northeast Texas, southwest Arkansas, northwest and north central Louisiana, and southeast Oklahoma have all been put on the hazardous weather outlook with an enhanced fire threat.

Conditions include very low relative humidity and strong winds in the afternoon, leading to more likely scenarios of fire danger through 6 p.m. So if you're planning an outdoor BBQ or campfire, be extra careful!

From Wednesday through Monday (Feb. 13), chances of rain will increase.
