If you happen to see some military troop carrier trucks with a conspicuously looking banner draped across it that reads "MARINE CORPS RESERVE...Toys For Tots", that's the place to hand over a newly unwrapped gift to be distributed to less fortunate children around East Texas.

Your "present" donation doesn't have to be expensive, because it's the thought that counts.  Believe me when I say that seeing a child open up a Christmas package they otherwise thought they would never receive, is truly one of the finest humanitarian moments of life itself.

Last year, more than 10,000 toys made their way into the Lufkin-Nacogdoches area, and East Texans should be extremely proud of that extraordinary contribution.

Did see one truck near Perry Ellis Kia on First Street a couple days ago.  The "Toys For Tots" drive continues through December 16, so be generous...please.
