			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to freezing temperatures and rain, there's a sheet of ice on many roads, streets, bridges and overpasses in and around Lufkin and Nacogdoches, a number of schools and other agencies are closed today.  If there is any good news in this, it's that there probably won't be any rolling power blackouts today. ERCOT - the Electricity Reliability Council of Texas - is, however, urging people to set their thermostats as low as they can to conserve power.
