Stephen Curry went a little nuts on Monday.

The two-time defending NBA Most Valuable Player did a very two-time defending NBA Most Valuable Player thing when he set the record for most three-pointers in a game, drilling 13 treys in Golden State's 116-106 home victory over New Orleans.

You can see every one of Curry's threes above. Go ahead and marvel at his accuracy and lightning quick release.

Curry wound up with 46 points, including a ridiculous 13-17 from downtown. His historic effort came a mere three days after his streak of 157 games with a three-pointer ended in a loss at the Lakers.

Curry had already owned the record for most trifectas in a game with 12 (he shared it with Kobe Bryant and Donyell Marshall).

As for his night, Curry said, "This was a special night." He also said he was motivated after his oh-for in L.A. "My process is the same, but I had another level of focus the last two days trying to get my rhythm back and see the ball go in."

Mission accomplished.
