The activities will be different each subsequent Tuesday, and you can you can sign your kid or kids up to participate for the low, low, cost of FREE!
On Thursday, June 8, the Texas Forestry Museum is hosting “Wet ‘n Wild Whistle Time”. This event happens from from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Attending kids will have the opportunity to help wash the museum’s train and play water games.
The Museum is also hosting a multi-day education camp Monday, June 12 through Friday June 16, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, billed as “EEK! Week”. Children entering 5th – 7th grade this fall are invited. This camp involves travel all over East Texas for the opportunity to learn about forestry and nature. The cost is $75.00 per child.
