Prior to opening her own law firm, Lisa was a federal prosecutor for ten years with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Texas. Before joining the United States Attorney’s Office, Lisa was a state prosecutor at the Angelina County Attorney’s Office for three years. As a prosecutor, Lisa has unique insight into the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases. This experience allows her to provide a thorough and diligent evaluation of her clients’ cases and effectively defend their rights.

Following law school, Lisa was a briefing attorney and staff attorney to Justices Davie Wilson and Jackson B. Smith at the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas. As a briefing and staff attorney, Lisa was directly involved in the research and writing of opinions rendered by the justices.
