One of my favorite events every year is competing in the oldest town in Texas motorcycle rally barbecue cook off.

This year's competition is at the Nacogdoches County Expo Fairgrounds April 28 and 29th.

I'm preparing to compete in chicken, pork, beef, and jackpot open categories. That's a lot of cooking for one dude on one barbecue pit!
