Huntington Man Wanted for Murder Warrant Caught After High Speed Chase

According to release from the Angelina County Sheriff's Office (ACSO), area law enforcement agencies were involved in a high speed pursuit Tuesday morning in the Huntington area on FM 844.

Devyn W. Durham, 19, was being sought by law enforcement on a murder warrant out of Houston. After wrecking on FM 844 while fleeing police, Durham was taken into custody on that warrant, and is facing other charges related to the pursuit and drug possession.

Durham was transported to the Angelina County Jail and his female passenger, a juvenile, was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
