Halloween is looking more like Ho Ho Ho-lloween.

Just as pineapple jack-o'-lanterns are shaking things up comes this surprising trend: Halloween Christmas trees. That is, they're Christmas trees decorated with Halloween paraphernalia. It's a way to mix two holidays, for no apparent reason.

Merging holidays isn't totally foreign to us, though. Each Thanksgiving, our attention shifts from gobbling up turkey to gobbling up good deals when stores open up with ridiculous Christmas sales. But maybe this will start a trend -- there's gotta be some creative way to bring St. Patrick's Day and April Fool's Day together, right?
