The Museum of East Texas' annual Festival of Trees has a tree decorated just like you would at home. I think you could get some inspiration. With over 150 trees there is bound to be something interesting, even if you aren't that crafty.

The Festival of Trees opens November 20 and ends January 7, 2019. The hours are 10a-5p Monday through Friday and 1p-5p on Saturday and Sunday; closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Bring your friends and family and revel in the joy of the season! They are offering extended hours, and are open 10am till 8 pm December 19-23.

There is no entry fee; just stop by the Museum, walk around, and check out the trees from organizations all over town. Bring your camera and share pictures with #fotlufkin Follow them on Facebook and Instagram - @metlufkin. This annual event is the Museum Guild’s major fundraiser with funds used to sponsor Art Camp scholarships and help meet other needs of the museum.
