You read that title correctly.

How can this be? Just imagine taking a day trip to DFW/Grand Prairie this weekend, and going to a waterpark, on a day with a high temperature is over 100. You and the family could play sunburn free at Epic Waters Indoor Water Park. They actually opened up this winter, boasting year round fun. As amazing as it was to enjoy this place in the winter, it's equally amazing in the middle of a blazing hot summer summer.

There is a 600ft lazy river, play structures for the little ones, and lots of watersides from mild to wild, Epic Waters is truly is a feat of modern architecture. Keeping the entire structure at 85 degrees year round, no matter what is happening outside is nothing short of a miracle. On perfect days a retractable roof will let in the sunshine. Their normal hours of operation are from 10am-9pm.

There is so much more to do there than just the water park. There are lots of things for adults to do. Season Passes are sold out this year, and your best bet at them not being at capacity is during the week.

I don't know about you, but I am wondering where my swim trunks are right now!
