There's already a memorial in this Texas town dedicated to the man that the movie, American Sniper, was based on.  And now Texas lawmakers are considering a bill that would name part of a highway after Chris Kyle.

All we really need to be happy in Texas is a food festival. From pecan pie to tamales, East Texas has several of the best small town food festivals in the state, and they're all coming up in the next two months.  Which one is a must-do?
