I have two friends in Dallas who gave birth to baby boys that needed a little extra help getting started in life. One spent a month in the NICU, and one spent nine days there. Both are doing just fine now! One is 7 now and the other just turned 2. They started out their lives hooked up to tubes and on respirators, and they're just as happy and healthy as every other kid now.

Police Release Names of Three SFA Students Killed in Wreck
State police say the driver of the car that collided with an 18-Wheeler Saturday night had been drinking.
Three Stephen F. Austin students were killed in the accident, and one was injured. Blood test results are still pending, but police think the driver, 19-year old Kevin Garcia, was under the influence of alcohol when he attempted a u-turn from the shoulder of the road, and entered the path of an oncoming 18-wheeler.
